    Chose this hotel because it was one of a handful in the area that offered kaiseiki meals, and we didn’t regret it. Every meal was spectacular. Hotel was quaint and quiet during the bear season, and had indoor and outdoor as well as private onsens that were nice to use during autumn/winter. Staff were kind and helpful, and could speak good English. Had a blast.
