    The wooden shelf is not varnished, it is not 3-star level , just Rs750 lodge level , Too Strict did not allow to check in at 11:30 am , we are standing 30 minutes along with kids, not adjustable, very poor, I will not recomend

    All the facilities are good. But check out time is pls consider. My train time 4 pm. But check out time 11am. 4 hrs literally we are sat in railway station and bus stop. So in this situation pls give some alternative rooms. We will pay etc amount. But small kids are effect

    It was horrible experience. There is no support from the hotel staff. Even basic requirements like glass for drinking water was not provided. Geyser was not working, TV was not working in two rooms. Food was charged with high cost. Bonfire was not arranged despite our several request. Stones are not placed properly in the garden which may injured seriously. Dust bins are not properly cleaned and disposed off. Recommended not to choose this hotel as the staff are more stubborn and arrogant. No value for money. I will share few photos for public
