    Stayed at Marasa Sarovar multiple times for peaceful retreat and always been satisfied and happy with their courteous hospitality,amenities ,ambience and serenity.

    The hotel being situated in a village is OK , there are no Auto’s nearby is also ok . But the casual and uninterested attitude of the front desk and security was not just annoying but made me very angry within. To make the stay worse there was a wedding party and extremely loud music played all night . I had pre booked for 4 nights and didn’t have the choice to move hotels. To make it worse housekeeping kept missing placing amenities and I had to call the front desk every time. I even gave my feedback to the duty manager after which it was slightly better. Food was ok but because of these issues didn’t enjoy it either. Overall I would recommend that if you have a choice stay clear of Marasa .
