Beautifully located property with serene Ganga views and a very calming atmosphere. What truly stood out was the warmth, professionalism and genuine helpfulness of the front desk team — they made the entire stay feel personal, smooth and extremely welcoming. Truly grateful for their hospitality. And honestly, this is my 1st feedback on the longest years I am putting publicly, as it is heartfelt :)

Nice property. If you book through Agoda, it is very expensive, otherwise the property is very decently priced, so I recommendation don’t book through Agoda book directly through other sites

Starting with what I found good: - Location - Staff (Ankit and Radha); both at the restaurant. I did not get a chance to speak with the GM of the property to highlight the bias against someone who booked through a portal like Agod, at a very high price which could also be the factor of extended holiday on a weekend. The least a guest can expect is to get a room that is comparable to other rooms in the same category. What I observed was a stark difference in the room quality, walls( to my surprise had seapage) and just next to the room allotted to the staff for upkeep of the floor. On raising a request for change of the room, I was presented with a justification that the size of other available rooms would be smaller than the category I had booked for. I would not recommend this hotel to friends in my network.
