    The rooms were spacious and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and hot water, making the stay comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. However, cleanliness and housekeeping left much to be desired, and facilities were average, which slightly affected the value for money and location convenience.

    The hotel is good but we had not so great experience. Mind it’s not in Munnar. It’s 10 km away from Munnar so the climate is not cool as Munnar. The room we booked was good but the Ac was not working. So we got a downgraded room downstairs with blocked view. Most rooms comes with Ac at hallway not in room which is inconvenient. Electricity goes on and off several times which interrupts your sleep, Ac goes to normal mode after electricity cut off and you have to reset to your preferred mode. We got food poison from the hotel by using water. Be careful not to use tap water or refilled bottle water we get in rooms. We had to cancel our trip due to very bad health condition and admitted in hospital. And parking is limited and be careful about that. Staff was helpful.
