Bad experience, the location was in the Market however the hotel was not at all staying property 😕

My stay at Summit Sanderling was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean, and I encountered bed bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall hygiene and maintenance standards were far below expectations. What made the experience even worse was the poor service. I repeatedly requested a room freshener at least 10 times during my stay, but it was never provided. It is unacceptable that such a simple and basic request was completely ignored. For the amount charged, I expected much better cleanliness, responsiveness, and hospitality. The management needs to seriously improve housekeeping standards and guest service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
