    We booked this property for one night for two adult males and requested twin beds. Unfortunately, while making the Agoda booking, I overlooked the guest count setting and the reservation was made for one adult. Given that I had specifically requested twin beds, I felt it should have been obvious that two people were staying. However, the hotel staff were unwilling to treat this as an honest mistake and refused to help. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and customer service. After considerable discussion, we had to contact Agoda customer support, who eventually resolved the issue for us. Many thanks to Agoda for their assistance. This all happened around 4:00 p.m. on a hot afternoon, and we were not even offered a glass of water while the matter was being sorted out. Another concern was the pricing. Agoda showed a room rate discounted from around ₹*** per night to approximately ₹***, which appeared to be an excellent deal and encouraged us to book quickly. However, when we enquired at the property, we were told that the room rate was ₹*** per night. I am not sure what to make of this discrepancy, but it certainly raises questions about how the discounts are being presented. The booking also displayed "24 hours," which led me to believe there was no fixed check-in/check-out schedule. However, the following morning we were informed that check-out was at 10:00 a.m. Information like this should be clearly highlighted before payment is made so that guests can make an informed decision. As for the stay itself, the property was adequate but nothing exceptional. We did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
