Hotel pool was nice enough but I would not stay again. Air conditioning in rooms didn’t work, and the room cards were not reliable. Boths my sons were locked out their room 3 or 4 times and even the staff couldn’t get in. As they also controlled the electricity that cut out several times. Finally the one person left in charge of reception got so overwhelmed by complaints he gave my son the master card meaning had he wanted my son had access to every room in the hotel!! Not exactly reassuring that this can happen. We were only staying one night but that’s a lot of problems for one night. And hotel said they couldn’t do anything when we complained and told us to complain to agoda who told us to complain to the hotel!
Breakfast wasnt great. Machine coffee which is my pet hate and unfriendly staff or at least the woman who seemed to be in charge.
