    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom light in our room was not working, and even though we reported it at midnight, it took around 1.5 hours for someone to come and check it. There was also no hot water, and we waited another hour, but the issue was not resolved promptly. The staff were not helpful, and the manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional. The hotel also has no lift, which made carrying luggage very inconvenient. To make matters worse, we were charged for an extra bed, but it was never provided. When we asked about it the next day, the staff said we should have reminded them, even though they had already charged us for it. This response was completely unacceptable. We requested a partial refund for the extra bed and the poor service, but the manager refused and told us to get the refund from the booking platform instead of taking responsibility. Overall, this was a very poor experience with bad service, poor maintenance, and unprofessional management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
