    The property is located on Off-best site and only attraction in the property is it's Swimming Pool, however we had found the water in the pool is very dirty. There is no Waterfall as showed in the Video.

    Property is located on the way to nainital (approx 15 kms). Premises is clean & Ambience is pretty good. However, staff is less which impacts the overall services. We booked framed cottage, which lacks basic amenities, like tea/coffee kettle, toiletries, hot water, bathroom exaust fan etc. Food was average with very limited options. Staff was courteous but inexperienced. Swimming pool was dirty and not fit for kids. So far average, could be better.

    Location is excellent and all the resort staff is very courteous and polite. Food tasting good and they always prepare fresh food on order.
