    Location, Hospitality and facilities are top notch. The owner and staff are very cooperative. The hotel is located river side and also has Mountain View with best sunrise to your window.

    Our experience in the hotel is not good. I was given a room in the third floor but the building had no lift. On request they gave me a room in the first floor but hot water supply stopped in the morning and we had to shift to another room in the same floor. The manager told us that there was a technical problem. Then again on the next morning water supply stopped in the bathroom in the morning and we were informed that a pipe was broken and we were given a bathroom for bath in the second floor which was already used by someone and left the room. The hotel has some problem with its water piping system. So think twice before booking the hotel. The staff co-operated but without having any good result.
