    We have early flight the next day so we picked this hotel. The airport shuttle is on time. We stayed in a family room and the room is big enough for us to open 3 large luggages at the same time. The staff are friendly and helpful. However when we got into the room, there’s some unpleasant smell that we can’t really identify. The sofa bed is concave in the middle so it’s not too comfy. Anyway, We are only staying for one night. There is a half bath and a full bath. The full bath has shower room and the bath also has shower. That’s useful when there are 4 of us.

    It has been a long, hot summer qnd everywhere I went service was non- existent. Customers? What is that - this is Italy: rude staff everywhere: cleaners, waiters, maintenance men, shop owners - we have been shouted at by all of them. Dirty rooms, sandpaper towels, no toilet paper or soap, NO propwrly wprking aircons (despite the claims on the websites). And decided to start a Youtube channel to warn tourists to stay away from Italy. Until my last night. The Receptionists at the Hilton Garden Inn were all helpful and friendly - bar one. The room was spotless. Clean, crisp lined, an aircon that worked well, fluffy white towels,soap, sjampoo, conditioners. What the rest of the world's hotels provide, but certainly not Italy. AND a kettle, tea and coffee. And complimentary water - a rarity for Italian hotels. I have travelled to Italy many times and this was the first world-class establishment I stayed at - despite exorbitant prices the others charge. Thank you!
