    I have never had such a disappointing experience on any of my solo trips. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet even the basic expectations of a hostel stay. I stayed in the female dormitory, and apart from the bed, almost everything else was unsatisfactory. The bedside light was not working, the lockers had no locks, the bathroom had water drainage issues, and the overall lighting in the dorm was inadequate. The room was not properly cleaned, and we had to repeatedly inform the staff about the same issues before any action was taken. As a female solo traveller, I found the property particularly concerning from a safety perspective. There was often no one at the reception, which made the place feel unattended and insecure. The location is good but if you return late at night, you’ll find little to no lighting or people around, making the surroundings feel isolated and unsafe. Additionally, the property lacks basic amenities such as an in-house restaurant and laundry service, resulting in a very dull and lifeless atmosphere. I had heard great things about Madpackers and booked this property based on its positive reviews, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay has left me with a negative impression of the brand. I would not choose to stay at another Madpackers property in the future, nor would I recommend this one to fellow travellers.

    I had a good stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Manali. The staff member responsible for cleaning was helpful and worked hard. However, the washrooms need improvement. The toilet flush was not working properly, which was inconvenient during the stay. I hope the management fixes this issue soon. Overall, it's a good place with a great location, but improving the washroom facilities would make the experience much better.

    Location wasn’t approachable .. no vehicle till the property to carry my luggage .. I had to walk so long .. with a hand bag .. not much help available .. I check in and then booked some other hotel for 2 nights .. so my booking got waste for 2 nights at madpackers
