    The hotel is self-service; we had to walk to the sister hotel to get our code, and it's about a ten-minute walk each direction. Location is nice, about ten minutes from the falls. The room was small, barely room to fit two people in. Breakfast was OK. The facility is feeling a little run-down, and there was no room to work at a desk whatsoever. However, hotels in Vik were more than double the price. This property was the most expensive on our trip (and the most we've ever spent for a hotel room), and is still 30 km out of Vik. Not at all close. The falls are amazing.

    We stayed here a few nights making it our launching pad for some waterfall site seeing and a visit to Vik. So many things are to be seen and explored within a 30 min drive of here. It was perfect for us! The room was comfortable and clean and we loved having our own restroom and shower. Breakfast was simple and tasty and the staff was kind and attentive. Overall a great stay!

    Had to walk 300m to the sister hotel in the cold to ask for the passcode as I didn’t receive the email from them with the passcode. There is no reception and the number they indicated for assistance did not work. Room is old and the mattress is so thin with only ONE thin pillow. I woke up with a sore neck. The toilet is extremely cramped, it’s even hard to get out of the toilet when opening the door. The tap is also positioned at an awkward position where your head will hit the top cabinet when you bend your head down to brush teeth. Overall only the location is good. Oh the breakfast is ok too.
