Staffs behaviour is rude and maintenance work was gooing on with no Safty.

There is no one available to answer calls or address basic needs such as water supply. It is extremely difficult to manage essential needs, including using the toilet, without water. Hot water was promised from 7:00 AM, but there has been no response, and even after 7:45 AM, hot water is still unavailable. Additionally, the swimming pool has been out of use for a long time, and no cleaning or maintenance has been carried out. These are basic amenities that residents expect to be provided reliably. Additionally, the TV and phone are not working, and the door lock is damaged, raising concerns about basic amenities and security. Only two 200 ml water bottles were provided, which is clearly insufficient. Guests expect the facilities to be in proper working condition, with adequate drinking water and essential services available. Please ensure all amenities are checked and maintained, and that sufficient supplies are provided before guests arrive. Better preparation and prompt response to guest concerns are essential for a comfortable stay.

We booked for family but after we reached there, it's a non AC resort. Which was frustrating. Some repairing work was also going on. Overall we left there and booked another resort which had AC even after we knew that Money wont be refundable .
