    I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay at this hotel. I booked a triple bed room through Agoda, but when I reached the hotel, they could not even find my booking. While trying to contact Agoda, there was no response at all, leaving us stuck at the reception. Despite having a confirmed booking, the room was not ready on arrival. After waiting for a long time, instead of giving the room I had paid for, they allotted a single room with no AC and no proper ventilation. The room condition was pathetic, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. This was absolutely not what I booked or paid for. The amount collected was for a triple bed room, yet the service and room provided were nowhere close to that. Only on the second day did they finally give the room I had originally booked — by then, the damage was already done. This stay was a literal waste of money, time, and peace of mind. Poor coordination, poor service, and zero professionalism. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in Mumbai — avoid this place at all costs.

    Location was ok. Room had enough space as per the budget. Needs lot of Maintenance, AC was not clean, bathroom exhaust was not working, water dripping from the AC. Main issue was too much cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately no attempt was made to eliminate the issue. Duet and mattress need change or deep cleaning.
