    The place was great with wonderful ambience and and facilities. Bigger Rooms and mainatained well. But the entire things goes for a toss when you compare all these wonderful things with the services and staff. Room was big but the AC was not working and the staff could neither repair it in 2 days nor changed the room inspite of repeated requests and reminders. Washroom lock was broken and the staff could not be repaired. The TV Remote was not working for 1 day due to unavailability of batteries and when the batteries were arranged the TV was not recharged . Therefore No TV, No AC, No Washroom Lock.. And these things couldnt be arranged or repaired. Room was not even cleaned on the second day and when asked we were told that they were supposed to change the room but couldnt thats why the rooms were not cleaned. We were asked to sleep in some other room with stuff in some other room.. That was pathetic.. Overall, it was a pathetic experience in a wonderful place

    Awesome place to stay. Neat and clean, peaceful place. Staff is very gentle and helpful. Mr. Dayal Kishan Palaria is very gentle and always helpful during entire stay.
