    The rooms are decent, the view is good, and the staff, although a very small team, are polite and helpful. However, the overall property could be maintained much better. The garden area is small and not properly maintained, and the children's play area was dirty during our stay. For a property charging around ₹5,000 per night, I expected better upkeep and more amenities. Another disappointment was the breakfast. Since only three rooms were occupied, we were informed that the breakfast menu would be limited. The only options available were puri-sabji and idli. Considering that this is a pure vegetarian property, I expected a little more variety, irrespective of the number of guests staying. Overall, the property has potential, especially because of its views and courteous staff, but the maintenance and facilities do not justify the price. **My recommendation:** If you can get a room here for around ₹3,000 per night, it may be worth considering. However, at ₹5,000 or more, I feel there are better-value options available. The property needs to improve its maintenance and overall guest experience to justify its current pricing.

    This is my 2nd visit and this is a lovely place to stay at. Food and view are top notch. Only this missing is something for kids engagement and baby cot. Rest is superb and I will come back again and again.
