    My family and I stayed in a Duplex Room for 2 nights at Hotel Pushkaraj and paid ₹5,235.92 (including taxes). While there were some positive aspects, the overall experience was disappointing considering the amount charged. The positives were the helpful and polite staff, good food at reasonable prices, and the convenient location near the main market, which made sightseeing and shopping easy. However, the room condition was far below expectations. The pillows were dirty, bedsheets had visible stains, and the bed appeared unhygienic. The curtains were too short to properly cover the windows, resulting in a lack of privacy. The room also had poor ventilation, making it uncomfortable during the stay. From a safety and maintenance perspective, there were no lights on the floor/corridor at night, creating inconvenience and potential safety concerns. I also did not notice any CCTV cameras on the floor, which raised security concerns. Pros: ✔ Helpful and courteous staff ✔ Good food at reasonable prices ✔ Location close to the main market Cons: ✘ Dirty pillows and stained bedsheets ✘ Poor room cleanliness and maintenance ✘ Short curtains causing privacy issues ✘ Poor ventilation in the room ✘ No lights on the floor/corridor ✘ No CCTV coverage on the floor ✘ Room quality does not justify the price charged Overall: While the staff, food, and location were good, the cleanliness, privacy, ventilation, and security aspects need significant improvement. For a 2-night stay costing ₹5,235.92 including taxes, I expected much better room standards and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.
