    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering great comfort throughout our stay. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a perfect home away from home. The buffet breakfast was a standout — delicious variety, fresh, and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. The hotel also offers spacious parking, which was very convenient, and its central location in the city is a big advantage — everything is easily accessible. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service and comfort at a very reasonable price. Totally worth it! Will definitely come back on our next visit.

    I tried 3 hotels in the same price segment. (This was a bit on the higher side) However, it's absolutely worth it for the extra you pay. Would definitely stay here again.

    The first night has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the in-room dining service. Cold food was served repeatedly despite raising the issue. The restaurant staff appeared untrained, were dismissive, and offered excuses instead of taking ownership or resolving the problems professionally. The room itself is decent, and the housekeeping team has done a good job. However, the hospitality experience has fallen well below expectations. I requested a wine glass on three separate occasions and was denied each time until I had to firmly insist, which should never be necessary at a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, I was informed that I would be charged for a bucket of ice. Charging guests for something as basic as ice, especially after such poor service, reflects a lack of customer focus and hospitality. At this point, the management seems to lack basic hospitality standards and effective service recovery processes. If the quality of service does not improve immediately, I will seriously consider checking out early and moving to another property.
