    Tucked away on a quiet street just steps from Milano Centrale, the Rosa Grand Milano strikes an appealing balance between contemporary style and practical comfort. The moment you step into the soaring lobby, you're met with sleek Italian design—marble floors, chic seating areas, and a lively cocktail bar that hums with energy well into the evening. Rooms are generously sized by Milanese standards, featuring clean, modern decor, high-quality linens, and notably effective soundproofing—a blessing given the city's bustle. The rain showers are excellent, and blackout curtains ensure a solid night's sleep. Location is a double-edged sword. While rail travelers will love the five-minute walk to the station, the surrounding neighborhood lacks the glamour of the Duomo or Brera. Expect more kebab shops and convenience stores than designer boutiques. That said, the metro is close, putting the entire city within easy reach. The breakfast buffet is a genuine highlight—fresh pastries, creamy cappuccino, and a solid selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Service is generally efficient, though front desk staff can feel rushed during peak hours. The fitness center is underwhelming: small, windowless, and equipped with just the basics. Overall, the Rosa Grand delivers reliable four-star quality without pretension. It's perfect for business travelers or tourists prioritizing transport links over neighborhood charm. If you seek a romantic boutique hideaway, look elsewhere. But for modern comfort, convenience, and fair value in Milan, this hotel fits the bill nicely.

    I stay here every time I’m visiting Milano. It’s truly the best choice for me. Location is great. Staff is very attentive and doing their maximum, this trip Ricardo was so helpful and nice to us, so by end of stay we felt like old friends. Common areas like lobby look nice, you feel it’s a design hotel and 5 star vibe. Buffet restaurant is nice and has a variety of options. We all admit that rooms require renovation, but on another hand it still looks valuable with its natural stone, wooden floors, design wallpapers and textile. Bed is comfortable for those who prefer healthy mattress firmness instead of plushy feeling. Pillows imho could be adjusted. Gym is spacious enough and has cozy lounge area with steam room. Overall experience is always good to me and hope to stay there again.

    Upon checking in, our luggages were missing for 2 hours. Staffs kept telling us that it’s on the way, in a few minutes. Note that there are stairs between elevator and rooms, so we need help carrying luggages.
