    Overall, we had a good stay at Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto. The staff were excellent throughout our visit very friendly, professional, and helpful and this was definitely one of the strongest aspects of the hotel. That said, the property itself could benefit from some renovation. The rooms are a little small and feel somewhat outdated, while the bathrooms in particular are showing their age and would really benefit from being refurbished or replaced. Parking is another area that could be improved. The free parking spaces are very limited, while the paid parking is quite expensive. During our stay, the paid parking area seemed to be barely used, which suggests the pricing may be too high. Overall, the experience was positive thanks especially to the excellent staff, but updating the rooms and bathrooms and reconsidering the parking situation would make the hotel much better.

    Arrived at hotel which was booked by third party. Did not receive the room required which was for 5 ppl a family room x2 Instead we got 1 double bed & a sofa bed and 2nd room with 1 double bed when we wanted 1 room with 3 single beds as advertised. When we approach the reception to explain the situation, we was told it’s our problem for booking with 3rd party. Additionally, the sofa bed was broken and my sister then had to book a third room no compensation or discount was offered. Instead as black women we was given attitude and rude responses by front of house. Personally, it a big disappointment to the brand and service of Novotel. Would never recommend.

    We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was very close to the airport. The tram stop is 5 minutes away and we used this daily to treval into central Milan which took 25 mins. Only issue we had was the breakfast was cold or luke warm. The buffet dinner was also luke warm and very limited of choices for 30 euros each. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
