    Situated at the far end of the Mandarmani beach, this property is not having a good access road. The food was good specially the breakfast was exceptional. The Red crab beach is nearby however the Mandarmani market is far from here and you will need local transport or own vehicle to reach there. The staff are exceptionally helpful and cordial. Disclaimer: I had booked on a long holiday weekend which may have contributed to the escalated price.

    The hotel staffs are definitely not the best, also they are charging 30% tax on even drinking water over MRP , we had taken 6litres of water of 1litre, for which we got bill of 270rs which is unbelievable because MRP was just 20rs so it should cost maximum if rs 120rs but they took 270rs. Also the staffs were not much helping neither attentive. But the most important thing which really disappointed my whole group is that the beach is not directly accessible from hotel , actually the property is not located on the beach so you have to go out from hotel and walk for 7-8 minutes (1km) then you will reach water beach. But there was one excellent thing about this hotel that is swimming pool , it was big and it has options of having beers/alchohol/Hookah/coldrinks/Mocktails etc direct inside pool. But the price was so high for a single room that it is not worth it. We had 3rooms for which we had laid *** for one day and that being said without direct beach access without excellent food options (yes the food was very average but it was not pricy as sea star but at the same time the taste was very low compared to sea star) . The most disappointing thing was the service and staffs behaviours , unlike sea star , staffs of ViceRoy are a bit rude and very un helpful.

    We stayed for one night . The ambience was amazing and food was lip smacking. Pool was clean and water was warm.Overall stay was great.
