    Stayed one night in the deluxe room (the bigger one). We couldn’t sleep well. The mattress is so old it sags under you body, the bathroom has a sewer smell, and the room itself smells of mold. The bathroom floor floods entirely when you shower, so you must enjoy having wet and cold feet. Basic necessities like a hand towel not provided (but inexplicably, a dental hygiene kit is?) The reception staff is utterly disinterested and plain rude. We had to wake a guy from a nap at 16:00 to give us the key. There was ap a cock roach at the reception. The location, however, is great! And the grounds are pretty well-maintained. Arambol has a beautiful beach.

    The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area on foot, while the cleanliness of the property is impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to a pleasant experience overall. Room size was ample, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all. However, transport options could be improved, and shopping nearby was somewhat limited, but these minor issues didn’t overshadow the overall enjoyment of the stay.

    The location is excellent, as the beach is directly connected to the property. You can easily walk to the beach and return to your room. The rooms are fine. If you book it for around 4000 or below, it is worth the price. Apart from the rooms, there are no additional facilities, its a small resort... The staff member Happy was very helpful
