    I parked my car in his parking, while checkout i came out from hotel's parking by my car ,gate keeper not hold the gate of parking and parking gate hits my car , right portion of car gets heavy damage and right mirror also broken. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.. gate keeper told me that me kya kru apna apna dekho..so rude..

    I booked this hotel because of Sagar Ratan Restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We booked a deluxe room, breakfast included. We got 4 separate rooms checked because there was dust in every room, the sheets were dirty, the glasses were dirty, and the hand washer in the bathroom was broken. We called the receptionist 3 times but he did not come, the bell boy kept on making excuses and after 1 hour we were given a super deluxe room, that too was dirty, then we changed again. Now we were very tired and it was 1 o'clock in the night, so we decided to adjust. Breakfast was very bad. Don't ever go there
