    ​"If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, I highly recommend Dew Drops Farm Resort. The location is fantastic—you really feel close to nature. Our room was spacious and, most importantly, very clean. The staff were professional and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay stress-free. A perfect spot for a quiet vacation. We had a great time and look forward to coming back."

    As most people reviewed here staff were not very polite. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like clean pillows without stains and stink, kettle to boil water etc

    Booked a double room with balcony in the farm view section. It’s located 1.25 km away and inmates not allowed to take own car there( staff are allowed!). Their buggy will take you there and will be at their mercy to come back to the parking area to take own vehicle to visit other places. Also the rooms there are attached to the cowshed(Thabela) and its smell pervades all around. Inside the room it’s kept clean and tidy with good views of greenery, except one just above the kitchen with the views marred by the tin sheet roof of the cow shed. Unfortunately the same room was allotted to us. Couldn’t stay in the balcony more than a few minutes as the heat emanated by the tin sheets was unbearable. Also the pungent smell from the kitchen below leaked into the room. Request to change the room was not entertained by the rude staff, so had escalated to their central office in Ernakulam and after sometime they allotted another room. The stay was cut short due to this bad experience we faced. However, the entire estate is well maintained and one can enjoy the walk thru the shaded cardamom gardens. Our advise is prefer the rooms near the Reception area which they call a Plantation view and avoid the Farm view ones.
