    Maximum of the time the hotel was running out of electricity, had a difficult time to get hot water, as the temperature was low, hot water was a necessity, TV was not running, I guess to save electivity they turned off the power on TV though set-top box was running. They charge for package drinking water (Normal 1 L bottle with cost Rs. 20 was charged Rs. 30), generally it should be complimentary. Only positive point is the location, however there are multiple hotel in the same area.

    Hotel is at good location, 2min walk to Mall road. Staffs are good. Hotel rooms are neat and clean.

    It is value for money. In a 5min walking distance from mall. Staff service is very good. Cleanliness is exceptional. Very much satisfied with our stay in hotel.
