    We had a wonderful stay at Alps Resort Dalhousie. The property is located in a peaceful and scenic area, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with good quality and taste throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Pawan, who made our experience even better. He is extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He always greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist whenever needed. His hospitality truly deserves appreciation. The hotel is located about 15–20 minutes on foot from Subhash Chowk, the main town square. While it is a bit away from the center, the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful walk between the hotel and the town make it absolutely worth it. Overall, a great property with excellent service, delicious food, and a relaxing location. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dalhousie.

    Stayed at this resort with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The ambience of the resort is relaxing and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food and amenities were good, though there is some room for improvement in service speed and maintenance of certain facilities. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a great choice for a family vacation or weekend getaway. I would recommend this resort and must consider staying here again. ★★★★☆

    Stayed a night at this place . The shower did not work . The soap dish was leaking . The bath mat was not replaced and was extremely dirty . To top that up when it was communicated to them , the response was very casual . Hospitality doesn't work like that
