Great hotel in a wonderful location, overlooking Isola Bella. Most rooms have an unreal view from the balcony, and the rooms are massive and very clean. The bathrooms are large, but are very niche in their design (purple tiles!). Beds are comfortable and everything is really clean.
One small issue is the noise throughout the hotel. Everything is tiled so sounds echo throughout the corridors and rooms. We were in *** which was next to the cleaning storeroom, so we got woken up at 6am every day with the cleaners banging and talking loudly which spoiled our sleep.
Customer service was excellent and all staff were friendly and very helpful.
They have a small carpark which we used for €25/night. Expensive but parking is at a premium and peace of mind.
The location is excellent, 2min walk and you're on the beach, 5 min walk and you're at the cable car which takes you to the top of Toarmina, 30 seconds and you're at the stairs that lead to to the top. It doesn't get better than that.
Breakfast was average at best, which is the only thing we weren't overly pleased with. A reasonable selection, but hot food is chargeable (i.e. Omelette) but the pastries were nice.
Overall, highly recommended!
