    I never expected such a highly professional and polite service from a budget hotel like this. Cleanliness was to the best. All staff were very well trained and handled any situation professionally, keeping visitors' interests as the top priority. I never faced any inconvenience during my 5-day stay. The best part is the location, from where everything is within a 2-minute reach. I recommend this hotel for every kind of traveller - solo, friends, business, family, etc.

    Dont expect 5 star service and facilities as it is far from it. The property is old. They try to keep it as clean as they can. But the towels and bedsheets are not white. They have aged. The service is slow. You get mixed kinds of people and sometimes you can get rowdy men as well. I would say its fine for single men. If you are a family, it can be ok too but I wouldn't recommend it for single women. The location is a huge plus though. Its in the centre with restaurants all around and the market and metro station close by.

    The room looks absolutely lavish in the pictures but hell not at all like that in real. The AC stopped working just after 1 day. The staff asked for tips randomly. Nothing at all was clean. Space looks super unhygienic and no one bothered to clean the room on daily basis as the hotel does not have a cleaning staff only. They look 1900 for a night and did nothing worth it.
