    Very disappointing experience. The owner is extremely money-minded and keeps asking for extra charges for every small thing possible. Even when the hotel was almost empty, they demanded extra money just because we were kept our luggage in store room and asked them to provide room for hardly 10 min to change clothes. They even ask for money during check-in despite prior confirmation. I booked this property through Agoda and had already updated and confirmed early check-in on the Agoda app with the property itself. But when we arrived, they still demanded extra payment for early check-in even though rooms were completely vacant. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. The WiFi was not working at all. When asked, the owner casually said that “monkeys disturbed the line” and did absolutely nothing to fix it. No accountability, no proper response, and no concern for guests. Service was terrible overall. The behavior of the owner completely spoiled the experience in such a beautiful city. There are many better properties available nearby with much better hospitality and professionalism. Avoid booking this property through Agoda, any other platform, or even offline. Not recommended at all
