    We stayed for one day. I hadn’t experienced such a resort stay. Power supply was fluctuating since night 9 o clock has informed to reception and nobody responded to the same,no hot water supply to bathrooms, staffs are not responsive Management is really poor We don’t recommend further to anybody

    I stayed at Sea Lagoon Cherai on 30th May with my wife and friends, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Around midnight, the AC in our room stopped working. After informing reception, a technician inspected it and confirmed that the AC board was damaged and couldn't be repaired immediately. We were promised another room on the same floor, but no one followed up. I had to repeatedly visit the reception, and after a long wait, we were given another room-only to find that the AC there wasn't working either. My wife and I were left waiting outside our room late at night with no proper support or communication from the management. It was only around 1:30 AM that we were finally allocated another room. Spending nearly an hour and a half in the middle of the night trying to get a functional room was completely unacceptable. When I requested a refund, the manager refused to address the issue and simply asked me to discuss it the next morning. To make matters worse, during breakfast, I found hair in both the poori and chana curry that were served. This was reported as well. The property has a few courteous staff members, but the manager's arrogant and dismissive attitude completely ruined the experience. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and poorly managed stay. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

    The door lock wasn’t working and took hours to fix. The AC was leaking water and had no proper controls. Also experienced itching after using the pool. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing too, and we had to call room service for them. The place has potential, but the maintenance and overall experience need improvement. The view from resort is excellent though.
