The property on road side but they have a back door to beach in 3 min that end at o2h beach front shak and cafe. This property double bed room was so small to accomodate am extra matress. W needed a three bed room but unfortunately that got booked so booked a double room but they could not shift to bigger room or could not provide matress die space crunch. Also at the time of checkout at 9.30 I could notnfind anybody at office the door was closed. We payed them later on the way to panaji from cab through gpay. There were less staff to attend you. Otherwise property is good value for money. Clean with balcony. Bathroom was small. Restaurant was good run by nepali people.

Value for money. Basic Indian style Rooms. Staff was very polite. I was during rainy season so many facilities were closed in Agonda, also the restaurant and the bar of Maria Paulo what is understandable. I had a pleasant stay.
