    It was descent but as compared to last time visit in jan there is a difference. The restaurant doesnt give discount to in-house guest. The bathroom tap was not working properly also the gate was not proper. We expect some add on services i. Also some discount in restaurant

    Frienly and helpful staffs. SHRUDI , NAMPRATHA AND OTHERS were awesome. Great location. This is my third stay at G square. Great location. 3 min walk to the Sai baba temple. Clean room. Will stay again

    I’m a returning guest, having first stayed at this hotel in May and again in September. As always, I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff have consistently been friendly, attentive and helpful throughout my stays. However, I do feel that the hotel is in need of some refurbishment. During my recent stay, the room I was initially given on the second floor had a strong mouldy and sewage-like smell, which made the room quite uncomfortable. I raised this with the team, and they were very responsive and promptly arranged a change of room, which I really appreciated. Overall, the excellent service from the staff continues to be a highlight, but some attention to the condition and maintenance of the rooms would definitely improve the overall guest experience.
