There are downstairs rooms had smell everywhere. Hot feel hygenic

Spacious and clean rooms with attatched toilets and more than sufficient furniture, sceneric window views.
The bathroom had access to hot water as well.
Location was a bit far from Panchgani, but managable as it costs around 200 only for one way drop.
Special mention to the room service and food served by them, it was extremely tasty and had a lot variety in their menu at very affordable and minimal cost which we enjoyed a lot.
Swimming pool was also fun with water being cold due to weather but was kept clean by the staff as they were cleaning it with net in the morning daily.

1. There is no television in elegant room.
2. Staff not self refilling watter bottles.
3. Doesn't clean room on daily basis.
4. AC is not install in elegant room.
5. Window glass is broken.
6. We stay for 3 nights but they didn't give us daily soap and shampoo, only once when we arrive at hotel
7. They don't offer any morning tea or breakfast in our package.
8. Ceiling fan of our room wasn't working properly when we complaint at reception then they repair it.
