    I am a frequent traveler and have never found a hotel like Sangam Regency. Very near to station, Early check in is allowed, Every corner of hotel is clean, Complimentary breakfast is spread with varieties, Food is delicious, Gaint room size, staff is friendly. Happily check in and very much happily check out. Thanks

    I am a Gold Hilton Honors member... This hotel is Indian; Not quite up to western business-traveler standards, but not bad either. The rooms are clean but when you look closely... there are small items that could be so much better! Starting with the check in. 1: SMILE! STOP talking to your employee and talk to the guest! The person checking in pays your salary... not the employee! You need someone at the front desk that doesn't sit on a chair while the guest stands! BAD training! Or just a lack of respect for the guest! 2: If you're going to have a scenic/glass elevator... clean the damn space between the doors! Dust debris and crud! It doesn't take long! But it does take a manager who cares! 3: A shower curtain would be nice if you can't afford glass doors! The entire floor gets wet and guess what? The guest is then forced to use the embroidered bath towels on the floor as mats so they don't slip and break their neck! 4: 100 rooms but 6 parking spaces? 5: CLEAN THE REMOTE CONTROLS! Its not a huge deal. Post Covid... it's done everywhere... except at YOUR hotel. 6: Restaurant/Food/Service was EXCELLENT and didn't mess up a traveler's stomach! 5 stars! 7: Coffee/Tea sachets in the room but no sugar, creamer or.... CUPS! Am I spending 4000 rupees a night to sit at a road side village dhaba and drink coffee from a glass? Obviously the Manager/Owner is from the village but must not expect customers to be from villages. What do 2 simple cups for a 100 rooms cost? I would say a solid 3 stars MAX. A hotel that THINKS its great based on its rate... but a few small things would justify the rate. Not yest though...
