    They offered me stay in Samruddhi which is new property. Best service and facilities/ aminities. Value for money hotel.

    we had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the experience comfortable. However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to room and bathroom cleanliness, which could be better maintained. With a bit more attention to hygiene, this would be an excellent place to stay.

    This is the worst property I have ever seen in my life. People might get attracted with outdoor amenities shown online on its website but in reality the room condition is very pathetic. First of all, the hotel management is not concerned to provide basic service to the customers. There was no water in the washroom for 1 hour after our checkin and the manager was not bothered at all. The rooms were smelly and mosquitos were there, the furniture and appliances in the room are very old and not maintained properly. Most of the room are equipped with old ACs which were not cooling effectively. TV was also not working in most of the rooms. In my room, TV was working but Dth connection issue were there, so they fixed up on highlighting it. No hot water facility is there because they don't have geyser installed in washroom. Washroom and beds were also dirty. Even after our multiple requests to provide hot water, the hotel manager did not bother to pay attention to our request. I would never suggest to book this property. It is not value for money.
