    Booked for two days. I uderstand it is peak time. For Hot water they have timings but we need to ask for 10 times to get the hot water during their time slot. For food they have restrictions on outside food but they will take 3 hours to serve a meal and we need to be fighting for our order to get prioritize. Charge your phones overnight becoz dont know when the power will be there. Location is 3 kms away from bus stand need to depend on hotel for any cab arrangement and they wasted our 1 and half day on this arrangement. Overall this stay gives only a neat room while entering and later forget about the cleaning.

    1. Hotel is located in a pleasant location. But property is not maintained properly. 2. Inspire of informing of teaching time, when we reached at around 3 pm, our room was not ready. After 15 mins, the room was supposedly ready but water supply not there. 3. After reaching the hotel that far one would want to freshen up and have food. We were informed restaurant works upto 3 pm only. 4. When I started questioning no water, no food then wad allotted another alternative room supposedly a premium room (in the name of upgrade). 6. Most importantly in kodai in the cold climate when we want to take bath, I was informed hot water is available only 7-11 am and evening 8-9 pm or so. 5. The morning breakfast buffet was just about ok. Not many items. With the location, it could could offer much better experience. But failed short of my expectations.
