    I had a disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel. First of all, the condition of the toilet was not good and did not meet basic hygiene expectations. The toiletries provided were also questionable — both the shampoo and hand wash had the same odor and color, which did not seem appropriate or reassuring. Another major issue was that the entire hotel had a very strong lemongrass fragrance. Unfortunately, this caused me a severe migraine and I suffered a lot because of it during my stay. Additionally, I ordered a 2-liter Bisleri water bottle, and I was surprised to see that I was charged ₹154 inclusive of taxes. I do not understand the basis for this pricing, as it seems unusually high for a standard bottled water. Overall, the experience was quite uncomfortable and disappointing, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service and facilities.
