    Room quality does not justify the price — significant issues throughout ⭐ 1/5 — Couple Value for Money ★☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness ★☆☆☆☆ Facilities ★☆☆☆☆ Comfort ★☆☆☆☆ Stayed 2 nights as a couple. Paid approximately ₹4,500/night. Would not return or recommend. Pricing & Value The rate is steep for what is delivered. The room condition and amenities are more consistent with a budget property. In-Room Amenities Only one complimentary water bottle was provided for two guests over two nights. No clothes hangers were available in the room. The sofa was structurally unsound and collapsed under normal use. Bathroom — Major Concerns This is where the stay fell significantly short: • Bathroom door was heavily rusted • Commode was unclean upon check-in — appeared not to have been sanitized • Shower head was misdirected; water sprayed onto the wall rather than the guest • Jet spray had no handle — completely non-functional • Bathroom window had a large gap that could not be closed, compromising privacy entirely Housekeeping Room was not adequately prepared before check-in. Basic cleaning standards were not met. Bottom Line At this price point, guests have a reasonable expectation of cleanliness, functional fittings, and basic amenities. None of those expectations were met. Recommend management conduct an urgent room audit before continuing to accept bookings at current rates.

    It's totally different from their photos but it's a nice property to stay under a budget of 2000 on Mount Abu. They can improve pricing and maintain the property a bit better for an exceptional experience of guests.

    The deluxe rooms are absolutely pathetic, right above a dumpyard, with no view and unbearable stink. The food, though, was very godd, but the service rather lax.
