    Location thik hai aur kuch room me improvement ki jrurt h, overall experience staff ke behaviour aur complaint handling ki wajah se disappointing raha. Sabse pehle jo room diya gaya tha usme switch board ki frame nikal rahi thi. Iski complaint karne par pahle staff ne kaha ki ye aapko nukshan nahi pahunchaega fir vapis complaint krne pe room change kar diya gaya. Naye room ke washroom mein bahut badbu aa rahi thi. Staff ne room freshener spray kiya, lekin kuch der baad phir wahi problem aa gayi. Jab dobara bataya gaya to problem ko accept karne ke bajay kaha gaya ki shayad flush nahi kiya gaya hoga. Toilet paper maangne par bhi provide nahi kiya gaya. Reception par baithi lady ka behaviour bhi rude tha, behaviour service se related shikayat kahne pe kahte h ki hmare staff ka behaviour accha hi. Kai baar aisa laga ki guest ki complaint sunne aur solve karne ke bajay uski zimmedari guest par hi daal di ja rahi hai. Checkout ke time feedback dene par bhi complaints ko seriously lene ke bajay unhe justify karne ki koshish ki gayi, very disappointed with service delivery. Hotel ka breakfast accha tha dinner bekar tha, budget friendly h lekin customer service aur guest complaints handle karne ke tareeke mein sudhar ki zarurat hai
