It was a wonderful stay in One Averee Bay. Despite being on the 5th floor, it has a small elevator and walking distance to nearby restaurants, souvenier places and the boats. Items to improve: - wifi on the 5th floor - less or not oily breakfast

We stayed during low season so not much fellow guests around and we stayed in their new/annex. Really spacious and clean. Staff are very accomodating and ready to help. Location is good, very close to good restaurants, eateries and bars. Also close to the pier for the tours, you can even walk there if you're not availing any pick-ups from your hotel. You can explore the town and walk to the sights included in a town tour like the park, view deck, church and cashew shops.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy, to the point that I needed to turn off and bear with the heat to be able to sleep. No hot water in the room. Location is good, the staff is nice. But the for this amount of money I was expecting something way better.
