    I visited this hotel on 9th January 2025 for a 3 night visit ….the hotel is a good property and staff is really helpful from front desk to room service.. Mr . Ashish from restaurant is such an humble person and such a cooperative human .. As far as location in concerned..this location is 1-1.5 km before mall road while you enter manali ..so you avoid all rush and jam while entering and leaving manali .. i would recommend this hotel to other guests ..

    I was given two rooms with no view, after opening the window, all I can see was walls of adjacent building. One room was without refrigerator and dental kit was provided only after demand. I was travelling in a sedan car and the parking was so high that I had to park my car alongside the road. This hotel has limited parking space, that too for SUVs or high ground clearance vehicle s. The staff was good, the food was also very nice.
