I am writing to share my experience during my recent 3days stay at Hotel Venkateshwara(thirunelveli). Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that impacted my overall satisfaction. Despite multiple requests, room cleaning was not performed, and the reception staff displayed an indifferent attitude. Basic services, such as the provision of drinking water and clean bed sheets, required repeated calls to the front desk, which was frustrating.The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's convenient location near the new bus stand. However, given that other hotels in the area offer similar proximity, I would likely choose alternative accommodations in the future unless no other options are available.I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the guest experience.
