    Stayed for 3 days with Family..... Big rooms with good view....Excellent staff and service....My 8 yo and 2 yo kids enjoyed the swimming pool, hammock, swings and trampoline....Food was good too..good job by porcupine castle resort team.... please keep up the good work

    We booked this hotel after reading good reviews but I should have understood that this is not a place for family. Only pros: Great valley view, good chef. Cons: Single and narrow lane towards the hotel, if another car come from other side, you would be stuck. No maintenance of the property, the room that we were allocated first has stains on walls, bathroom and almost everywhere. Within 1 hr of rain, roof started leaking. We got shifted to another room. This room also same and next morning it started leaking. The spring mattress have broken springs inside and we couldn't use it. Staff changed it though. Then the next morning our room was again changed since the roof was leaking. This time not leaks. Also they forgot to keep towels in first place..also they mop the fool so wet that you can't use it without getting the water soaked using towels. They forget toiletries as well. Only good thing is the valley view but if you go in summer this place will be too hot and the ac don't function at high pace as well. Another good thing is the food and that's about it. If I were a bachelor who doesn't bother much then probably i will book as you can seat around a laze with two time food provided but for a family this is not at all an ideal place. My bad that I booked this and ruined my holiday where I kept changing my room all the time. To summarize, waste of money.
