    Hotel Royal Residency is located on Kazi road. Which might be on the hill beside mg marg butnis atleast 40floors up. There's a back entrance of the hotel from the basement that leads to stairs down to mg marg, which are steep, slippery and not worth the effort! Younwont find any staff most of the time. They swich iff the geyzer often. I had to bathe in chilling cold water at 5am before the changu trip. TV didn't work the full day. Staff kept saying tower udh gaya hai. But the DishTV showed VTC deactivated. I told the lady at the reception the next day and she did recharge it. The bathroom floor of my room (103) was sloped the other way. Hence on bathing water logged towards the bathroom door. Stay away from this hotel. There are many better properties at better locations around mg marg. Still if you get there, Best of Luck!
