Resort manager was humble & guided us for a good safari. But hotel acc manager was arrogant & rude. Restn services were slow. Basic facilities like bodywash/soap wasn't there in the washroom. The tap was broken, so could use geyser. Pool was dirty. Only dry leaves were removed when requested to clean it. Water was so dirty, that even the floor of the pool wasnt visible. Had to checkout early due to lack of comfort.
