    Honest Review of Khanvel Resort Before coming here, we had heard a lot about Khanvel Resort, so we decided to book it directly. The resort looks beautiful from the outside, with plenty of greenery and a well-maintained outdoor area. The surroundings are peaceful and visually appealing. However, our experience with the management was disappointing. There was a significant price difference between the offline and online rates, which encouraged us to book through Agoda. After completing the booking, we were asked to pay an additional charge for our child. Also, even though we selected the correct number of guests while booking, the reservation was somehow changed to a standard 2-person room, resulting in extra charges. The staff at the reception was not very helpful. Although they kept saying “sir,” their attitude felt rude and uncaring. The first room we were assigned had an electrical issue, and it took nearly two hours before we were given another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. For example, the locker was not working, and the complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. We had to call room service 7–8 times and still waited around 45 minutes before they delivered them. I would recommend checking other nearby resorts before booking Khanvel Resort. You can find better rooms at a similar price in the Silvassa area with better service and room maintenance. Overall: Khanvel Resort has a beautiful outdoor environment with lots of greenery, but the management, customer service, and room maintenance need significant improvement.

    If you are looking for a perfect weekend getaway then khanvel resort is your destination. Away from city’s hustle and bustle.
