    Rooms are good, but the corridor carpets were smelling, which they cleaned after i told the housekeeping supervisor. Also 2 out of 3 times food ordered was very bad. Really need to improve the food here. Thin crust pizza the base was not cooked at all and felt like eating raw dough (toppings were good), 2nd we ordered masala peanut in which there was no masala, 2nd time they sent better but the whole process took more than 1 hour. Only the Veg Spatial was good, which was the 3rd order. One more thing if you are coming with small kids, there is no separate kids pool. In short you are not paying that much only for a good room.

    Fridge wasn't working. We requested non-smoking room but the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Dinner (room service) wasn't delivered for more than hour. When we called to ask, they were asking what we ordered and were telling us that the food may have to a different room. Food was average -- too spicy. Bathroom was excellent though the marble outside the bathroom was badly stained. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and polite. They upgraded our room and allowed extra time to checkout for no charge.

    The hotel is situated on a very traffic heavy and noisy road , amidst so many shops and showrooms. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no help available with the luggage. The male staff at the check in counter in the afternoon on 14 th feb was not attentive, till Salma arrived and did the check in formalities. At least the reception and check in staff should be more welcoming. The room was spacious. The staff and the breakfast and meals at all day diner restaurant was good. The lobby of the hotel is very plane and not five star fanciful. Overall, it was fine hotel.
