    Perfect hotel. Only concern was pool area is accessible to outsiders.

    The property is located in the extreme South of Goa, due to which commuting with North is extremely expensive, time taking and strenuous. Any one coming for exploring Goa, this is certainly not the property. The accomodation costed us about *** per sea view room per night. That is OK because it was 31st Dec time and hotels get chance to make money at this time. But because of the limited activities available in the property, the resort could have easily gone down a bit. Our families worst experience was the shock given by the hotel i.e the compulsory GALA DINNER OF 31ST DEC NIGHT which was priced at 7500 without alcohol and 9500 with alcohol, inclusive of taxes. It's just ridiculous. The dilemma was the worst ever food taste of extremely lavishly spread out dinner, 90 % of dishes we tried were below average and guess what the tiger prawns served, were not only uncooked but raw undressed, making your hands feel unclean and filthy. This is not the way a gala dinner is organised and offered. Truly a very disappointing gala dinner and too at over exorbitant rates. The property is good for 2 nights stay but not at the tariff we were charged. The breakfast spread is fair. Overall It's a property meant for relaxing, without any adventurous activities. You get only chess, carom and TT. No billiards, snookers or casino is available in BBR. SUGGESTIONS DONT TRAVEL BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS TIME. STAFF LIKE *** AND *** ARE HELPFUL. HOPE MY REVIEW WOULD BE HELPFUL TO THE TOURIST MANAGING TO STAY IN BBR. THANKYOU
